8.0Posizione perfetta per partire da Malpensa, vicino e facilmente raggiungibile con la navetta aeroportuale. Servizio navetta camera - aeroporto puntuale e rapida; staff cordiale e disponibile.
Cómodo y tranquilo
9.0El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar una noche de ida o de vuelta nocturna al aeropuerto de Malpensa. El servicio transfer es muy cómodo. Personal más que amable.

1.0They reply very fast to messages! There's a free bus shuttle to and from the airport, about 5-10 minutes away from the location.
− - The heating is managed via AC. My AC was broken and the room was pretty cold for my personal preference (barely got to 20C). They blamed me for breaking the AC and are trying to charge me for iteven though it was never working in the first place. - 4 hours before checking in, I was told that plans have changed and I needed to sleep somewhere else (Sleep&Fly Malpensa). It's 6 minutes away walking compared to Villa Luisa but I found that really weird and unexpected. - The room was dirty: there was hair in the shower, hair in the bed, mold in the bathroom. I'm personally really surprised to see the reviews related to cleanliness: I had a very different experience. - The windows provide great insulation against outside noise but the doors do not. My room had a door directly going into the outdoor garden of the villa and, genuinely, you could hear everything that was going on outside the house because the door wasn't properly installed.
Last night in Italy, a good experience.
8.0We needed a place to stay before our flight out of Milan, and it was a good choice. Had dinner around the corner, was lovely. And then a shuttle to the airport . All good services and easy to navigate even with a language barrier.
