− Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft in einem völlig unzumutbaren Zustand: stark verschmutzt, unhygienisch und definitiv nicht bewohnbar. Wir haben den Mangel sofort reklamiert, jedoch zeigten die Gastgeber keinerlei Bereitschaft, auf unsere Beschwerde einzugehen. Weder eine Erklärung noch ein Entgegenkommen wurde angeboten. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut enttäuschend und für Gäste nicht akzeptabel.

− Namjenjen je i prilagođen radnicima a ne obitelji. Čistoća je mogla biti bolja, dosta ishabano.
