Nice property but not well looked after. In need of a deep clean.

− Too much dust, uncomfortable sofa beds, shower/bath tub not well maintained (black mold and odd wooden dust all over)

− When we arrived, some of the beds were not made. We booked for 4 people, received beds for 2 people and the comment was that they didn't know how many people we would come with. When we arrived, the apartment was so hot that it was impossible to breathe, and in the morning it was already cold. The next day it was cold and when we reported to the agency with information that it was 18 degrees, we received a reply only the next morning when our children had already fallen ill. It turned out that someone had turned off the heating completely. If you have allergies, don't go to this place, it smells very moldy and dusty. Also, if you are afraid of heights, I do not recommend this apartment because access to it is via dizzying stairs. My wife came in with a baby in her arms and a few times her jacket got tangled in sticks sticking out on the stairs. I don't recommend it and I definitely won't go back there.
A good deal to visit the lake region
7.0Good value for money and convenient with a car to explore both lake maggiore and lake Como. Nice volume appartement
− A few things could be improved (a few basics in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, oil.., webs here and there despite all the linen and surfaces were neat) to make the place more welcoming.
This is a great place - good value for money.
9.0We think the place was wonderful. The intermediary agency, Kibulu, was flexible as well. So its thumbs up. Very nice. And Varese itself was more rewarding to us than the big M nearby. Wonderful italian flair, if that exists at all ,-)

A cosy stay in Varese
9.0The apartment was very cozy, authentic, spacious and comfortable. The neighbours were very nice and borrowed us umbrellas. It was very close to downtown, you could walk by foot.
− We missed some of the dishes, for example wine glasses, a portable clothes dryer. Some might not like ants in the kitchen (there were a few, but didn’t bother us).
