Good location. Cleanliness of property questionable. False advertising regarding air conditioning

− Dirty floors on arrival. Was advertised that there was air conditioning. There was not any air conditioning. Beds on arrival looked as though they had already been slept in. Towels in bathroom looked like they had been used.
The house layout is great as is the position for our requirements
