10.0Stunningly large appartement with a huge sun terrace. Very comfortable even during the heat wave. All you might need is there with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and an almost private elevator directly to your room. Owner is extremely helpful. Tram.line 8 and Supermarkt and Restaurants are just around the corner.

10.0Rapporto diretto con il proprietario e totale disponibilità … oggi questo non è una cosa scontata. Posto auto coperto, appartamento ideale per chi viaggia con un compagno a 4 zampe. Struttura ben collegata a Basilea .

9.0Super gemütliche Wohnung, die der Beschreibung entspricht. Aufzug direkt von der Tiefgarage in die Wohnung ... so ein Luxus. Die Lage sehr gut, um mit der Strassenbahn 8 schnell nach Basel zu gelangen. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet.
− Die 60qm grosse Terrasse ist der Wahnsinn, hat allerdings noch mit den Nachwirkungen des Winters zu kämpfen und braucht etwas Pflege. War für uns kein Problem, da das Wetter ohnehin nicht so toll war. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist für große SUV wahrscheinlich etwas zu knapp bemessen bzw. das Einparken ist etwas tricky. "Normale PKW passen aber.
