Great stay, had a flight in the morning, no issues with anything service was great

Good airport hotel and a good value.
10.0The manager was so helpful. It was very close to the airport.
− The room and bathroom were well kept but they were small and I am very tall.
Late night arrivals
8.0She was really helpful and we had breakfast with an extra cost. She found us a driver to go to Venezia.

Not honest owner
1.0− I have booked a room for my parents and my nephew, but the day of the booking the owner asked for my mom number in order to know when they arrive. Until now nothing wrong but then as my parents are old and don’t understand everything the owner asked them to pay 80€ for the child, which when my mom told me that and I have contacted booking and they confirmed to me child was included. So attention to that hotel they are trying to cheat on their customers. Now we are filing a report for that issue. DO NOT BOOK that hotel they will make issue. Find one a bit further.

5.0− Our flight was cancelled, so we had to stay overnight unexpectedly. We agreed with the lady that she would send us an invoice containing all the necessary information, as we urgently needed it to claim reimbursement for the expenses from the airline. Despite our repeated requests, she never sent us the invoice. I find this behaviour extremely unprofessional.
