10.0Everything was really good. All the bunk beds were of good size and not too crowded. There were a lot of facilities such as an iron box, kettle, cups, fan, small refrigerator,TV, towels and so on. It's located pretty close to the train station too. There were so many fun postcards that were kept in the reception area, all free for the guests. Overall, I would recommend this place!!

2.0L'emplacement, proche du centre-ville
− Très décevant séjour à Ulm. L’ascenseur est minuscule, ce qui complique déjà l’accès aux étages. La chambre était hyper exiguë pour 3 personnes alors qu’elle comportait 5 lits superposés, avec des lits vieux, brinquebalants et difficiles d’accès. Les matelas étaient en bien mauvais état, d'où des nuits difficiles et des douleurs au dos. Nous avons aussi trouvé un chewing-gum sur un lit, ce qui est inacceptable. La chambre surchauffait malgré le ventilateur mis à disposition. L’électricité ne semblait pas aux normes et le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. Dans l’ensemble, l’état général de l’établissement laisse vraiment à désirer. Au vu du prix excessif demandé pour un hôtel qui ressemble davantage à une auberge de jeunesse, nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

9.0Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, sehr sauber, es gab die Möglichkeit Kaffee im Zimmer zu kochen. Moderne, gemütliche Ausstattung und der Massagesessel im Zimmer.
