9.0Eine sehr schöne, sehr helle und ruhige renovierte Altbauwohnung mit schönem Gartenblick, Bad mit Fenster, Dusche und Wanne, ideal zum Entspannen und als Basis für Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Sehr leicht vom Bahnhof zu erreichen, in sehenswertem Altbaustadtteil (am Zoo) mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles fußläufig. Wir (Familie mit ziemlich erwachsenen Kindern) konnten sofort abschalten und haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

10.0Die Lage war absolut zentral gelegen trotzdem ruhig und mit einem schönen parkähnlichem Areal vom Balkon aus. Wir waren schon in vielen Fewo und hier hat alles gepasst.

10.0We (three people) stayed at this accommodation in Leipzig for two nights to visit the book fair. - Tram stop and convenience store just around the corner; full supermarket a short walk away. - Host met us at the property to hand over the keys, easy communication beforehand via the website / phone. - Spacious apartment with double bed in bedroom and large foldout sofa bed. - Reliable, fast WiFi - QR code provided for easy connection. - Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
