1.0Hello I never stay in this studio as we arrive in the apartment no one can say where we get the key to get in. We have 2 months baby in the middle of no where to stay we keep contact the number and email provided we received nothing in response. The security guard that place is nice and kind he help us to contact the agent to give the key she come and telling us the they don't have any knowledge that there is guest coming that day. and NO KEY TO BE GIVEN. SHE SAID THEY REFUNDED AND CALLED THE AGENT TO REFUNDS US UNTIL NOW I DONT RECEIVED NOTHING UPDATE. I COMPLAINED ALREADY IN THE BOOKING. COM COSTUMER SERVICE I DON'T HAVE ANY RESPONSE REGARDING THIS MATTER. ITS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

− I want to point it out the areas they need to improve. Prepare the bed nicely. To clean the aircon. Repair the flush. No toiletries. Choose mild scented air freshener. Have some water for your guest. Be responsive to your guest inquiries. Be polite and grateful to your guests.
