2.0Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Urbanisation. Die Schlüsselübergabe war pünktlich und korrekt. Ursula war nett und hat uns schnell neue Topper für die Betten besorgt.
− Toilettendeckel defekt. Coutch große Flecken und durchgesessen. Im Schlafzimmerschrank nirgends Fächer. Matratzen alt und durchgelegen. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Wäscheständer defekt. Kein deutscher Fernsehsender. Kissen mit Flecken und verschmutzt. Waschmaschine wäscht nur mit 60 °. 2 Handtücher pro Person, kein Tausch in 10 Tagen. Sonnenliege defekt. Sonnenschirm unbrauchbar. Im Schrank 2 Spielzeugpistolen und 1 Spielzeuggewehr von Vormietern gefunden. Hoftor defekt. Keine Gardinen an den Fenstern. Die Wohnung heruntergewohnt, nicht gepflegt, einfach unmöglich. Das war bisher mit Abstand das mieseste Quartier. Nicht zu empfehlen. Ein von unserem Enkel gemietetes Haus in der Nähe war weitaus besser eingerichtet und ohne Mängel.

3.0La ubicación de la urbanización y las dos piscinas que hay en ella y por urbanización tranquila
− La casita, no estaba muy limpia, los colchones horrorosos, los sofás duros y muy sucios, tapados con unas fundas, en definitivo bastante cutre. Calidad precio caro. Una pena porque nos gusta la zona, pero a esa casa no volvemos
