1)The fact we booked on such short notice and they let us in fairly promptly 2) fairly spacious

− 1) toilet seat broken 2) fridge and freezer was off and filled with rotten food 3) heating didn't work 4) no duvet on the sofa bed, only a thin, too small throw along with no pillows 5) 800 pounds for 5 nights 6) poor communication, they didn't answer for hours during check-in, almost leaving us stranded 7) house wasn't cleaned before check-in (unchanged sheets, sticky floors, fousty towels) 8)No front door key, had to bother neighbours, poor woman next to us had to get out the shower to let us in 9) The closest tube is a 10-15 min walk away 10) broken mirror What I would suggest to the owner: 1)tighten the toilet seat 2)pay your cleaner more and MAKE SURE they've cleaned the house properly, have them take photos and prove they've changed the sheets 3)lock the cleaning cupboard and make sure it doesn't smell like mould because the towels and bed linen will smell like the environment it's in 4) get a duvet for the sofa bed and a mattress protector 5) air fresheners/diffusers 6)washing pods for the washing machine, lock the excess in the cleaning cupboard 7)tea towel 8) have dedicated business hours for answering queries and giving entry info 9) get a front door key 10) body wash and shampoo, you can get ceramic ones and secure it to the window sill to stop people from stealing it

The location was great for public transport. It was a good sized unit and had everything you needed for a few nights stay.

− The whole unit needs a good deep clean and then I would have rated it 9/10.

Great value for money. The property is massive, very well located, and exactly as shown in the pictures - no surprises on arrival. Everything matched the listing perfectly, and the space felt even bigger in person. For the price, it’s honestly an absolute steal, especially given how convenient the location is. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious place without paying a fortune.

FREEZING NIGHT AND NOT REPLY

− I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but my experience at this property caused enough discomfort that I felt it was necessary to share it. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed several issues: the radiator in the master bedroom wasn’t working, and despite messaging the host, we never received a reply. The oven was extremely dirty and practically unusable, and the bathroom wasn’t clean either — we ended up having to clean it ourselves on the first evening. The bedsheets were also not in good condition, as we found a noticeable stain on them. On top of that, the Wi-Fi didn’t work for the entire stay. Lastly, the rug in the master bedroom was in terrible shape, extremely dirty. It’s a shame, because with a bit more care and attention from the host, the experience could be much better. I hope these issues will be taken into consideration to improve the property in the future.
