Pambula beach is a stunning place and this place has great views. The owners seriously need to review how it’s managed.

− When we walked up to front door you could smell mould and later found that this smell means you can’t open windows downstairs or on the south side of the upstairs. When we opened the front door we were greeted with cob webs. Not a good start. The place clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months given the cobwebs everywhere, there was a dead cockroach on the bedroom floor and the bathrooms definitely needed a clean before we could use them. There are no fans or cooling in the bedrooms which swelter on hot days so we bought our own fans. There were absolutely no staples and the cookware needs replacing. While they were polite, we had a whole day where a team of scaffolding guys were on the property with accompanying noise. After, the scaffold then prevented us from using the washing line. Finally painters arrived before we’d even left the property, again they were polite but we were still supposedly meant to have quiet enjoyment of the property.

− rude hosts, couldn't even stay in this apartment due to it being under "renovation" yet we were told this after payment. They were not going to refund us until we bought legal action... If your property is under works then do not advertise as available online
