9.0Apartman je na dobroj lokaciji,dobro opremljen. Korektna i jednostavna komunikacija sa vlasnikom.
− Veoma usko parking mesto i ulaz u podzemnu garažu. Nedostatak komarnika. Ne baš sjajno očišćeni podovi i prljava terasa.
