The location was perfect for what I was in the town for

− We had no hot water or heating for over 50% of the time we had use of the property. We arrived just after 2 and dropped out bags off and went out to pick up some shopping. On return my wife went to shower before we went out, only to discover there was no hot water. I first of all used the phone number given in the correspondence as the contact number at 16:53 on the Friday to.say we had no heating or hot water. I had no reply so I then messaged them through the booking.com app at 17:00, we still had no reply. This meant we had been travelling for 6 hrs, and had to have a cold.shower or no shower before going out for an evening out with friends and family. The following morning we had still had no response so my wife contacted booking.com to ask them to do something about it. I also messaged them again via the app explaining I had tried to contact them multiple times and we have had no response, and still no hot water. Eventually had a reply accusing me of making up the fact I had tried to contact them on multiple occasions, and then admitting I had contacted them at 5 the previous evening. They then tried to make out they had replied the previous day but there was no sign of any reply in the conversation. I was then told to leave the key and a plumber would resolve the issue. I received a message at 12:39 Saturday afternoon saying fyi the matter is resolved. This meant that we had no hot water for let me know! 22hrs 20 min if the 43 hours

Lovely, welcoming house.

The house was clean and welcoming. Big bathroom.

− There should be a notice about steps at the top of the stairs which are narrow leading to the landing. The pillows need to be replaced, I had to put the cushion between the pillows to give added height. The WIFI did not work. Tried to watch Netflix on the tv in the living room and even though I put the password in for the internet it still did not work. Could not connect mobile phone to the internet either. The tv remote in the twin bedroom did not work.

La calefacción funcionó estupendamente, hacía frío en Aberdare ese fin de semana. También el espacio del salón y de la cocina así como la tranquilidad por la noche.

− No sé si fue por el mal tiempo pero no tuvimos WIFI en toda la estancia.

Unterkunft hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen und wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber. Der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert.

− Im Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett hat es nach Rauch gerochen.

Beautifully maintained house in a lovely quiet location.

Clean, tidy and beautifully decorated house. Plenty of space for a family of 5 and had all the basics we needed for our stay.

− No complaints.
