We liked the privacy it offered, the terrace and the whole top floor to ourselves, the sunbeds, the washing machine, the view of the stars, the kitchen equipment and the private parking. Plus the restaurants and the beach are within short walking distance.

− First, the area is pretty rough and we didn’t felt welcomed as tourists. The terrrace is in fact wonderful but as soon as you look down, all you see is abandonned houses and businesses. There is a lot of stray dogs that look very sick. They bark all day and night long. Also, in the back of Armonia house, there are 2 chained dogs without any food or water (we even contacted the animal police and animals of Crete to signal this grave situation and they took it very seriously!) I think your clients should be aware of this situation so they can decide if they want to book or not. Knowing that before, we would have not book the Armonia house. Finally, the matress is horrible . It looks like it’s been there for 25 years. It’s unnacceptable to let people sleep on this thing. Please change it ASAP.

Wunderschöne Dachterrasse und komfortable Ausstattung.

Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight dieser Unterkunft. Ein riesengroßes open Air Wohnzimmer, mit Blick in alle Richtungen. Besonders schön sind die Berge im Morgenlicht zu sehen! Die zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten und die Liegen auf der Terrasse bieten einen schönen Komfort. Ansonsten war alles da, was man für selbst einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigen würde. Wir waren leider nur drei Nächte. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr reichlich, sogar Kaffeepulver, eine kleine Flasche Rotwein und ein Becher Oliven waren für uns bereitgestellt. Das zweite, kleine Zimmer, das es gibt, ist mit einem Schrank und einem Gästebett ausgestattet, somit konnten wir alle unsere Utensilien und Taschen dort verstauen und mussten im Schlaf-/Küchenzimmer nichts unterbringen. Im Bad gibt es einen Föhn, auf der Terrasse ist ein großes Spülbecken zum Wäsche waschen sehr praktisch, auch steht dort eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäscheständer. Und sogar ein Grill ist vorhanden.

− Wenn ich etwas zu kritisieren hätte, dann wäre es die direkte Nachbarschaft. Darauf hat der Vermieter aber keinen Einfluss! (Neben dem Gebäude befinden sich ruinenähnliche Häuser und Baustellen. Der Blick auf die benachbarten Flachdächer ist wie ein Blick auf den Schrottplatz.) Nun ja, das ist griechisches Dorf-Ambiente. Man muss das aber nicht sehen, man kann den Blick bis in die Berge schweifen lassen!

An excellent apartment with open rooftop set up. Clean with all that is needed. Easy parking at the front of the building. Enjoyable hassle free experience.

− The main double bed is very hard to sleep on. A softer mattress would be perfect.

Es war alles richtig schön und die Ausstattung war sehr gut 👍 Die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer. Aber natürlich nur bei schönem Wetter, was wir hatten. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Parler de la location est très facile, conforme à l'annonce aucune surprise. en face de la plage et ses petits restaurants et paillotes un gros plus. Supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture. Le gros plus et coup de cœur aux personnes qui s'occupent de cette location, toujours là pour répondre à vos questions et vous conseiller. Entre les vins offerts, les boissons et les gâteaux à l'arrivée + des figues + petits souvenirs, il n'y a qu'une chose à dire " MERCI À VOUS "👍😘
