Overall good but needs some attention to detail.
7.0The location was great. Grocery store, coffee shop and other stores right down the road. The room itself was good. It was comfortable and clean.
− I received an email having to do a Clear identity check before we arrived and then I was told to download the Landing App and that I would receive other instructions in an email. I never received an email and had to call the host to get into the property. It wasn't a big deal. They got me right in. It was just more of a hassle than I was expecting. Upon entering everything looked good except... there was no toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom. The next morning when we wanted coffee there were no coffee mugs but it didn't matter because the coffee maker didn't work. We only stayed two nights so we didn't bother calling about it. Could be that they would have handled it immediatly.
