8.0דירה יפה ומסודרת. קיבלנו את כל ההנחיות לקבלת הדירה בצורה ברורה ומדויקת. יש חניה בבניין.המיטה נוחה. מקרר גדול . מזגן מיני מרכזי. הכל חדש.
− הדבר הכי יפה בדירה זה הנוף הפתוח והמרפסת הגדולה. לצערי המרפסת הייתה פשוט מלוכלכת ברמות. היה כל כך הרבה אבק ברצפה שכשהיינו נכנסים לבית היו נשארים סימנים על הרצפה. נאלצתי לשטוף את הרצפה של המרפסת. גם את הזכוכית של המעקה לא ניקו כבר תקופה. לא ברור מאיזו סיבה המיטה ממוקמת הפוך בחדר. כל השקעים על הקיר ממול והכנה לטלוויזיה מעל ראש מיטה.

9.0שהינו בדירה מספר 52, קומה 6 נוף לים. הדירה גדולה והיתה נקייה מאד. מרווחת עם מיטה נפלאה. העובדה שיש חניה תת קרקעית כלולה מאד מאד מקלה ושווה. ממליצים בחום.
− ניתן להוסיף לדירה קצת טאץ' של קבלת פנים כמו חלב במקרר, בקבוק יין או חבילת תמרים ולנקות גם את ויטרינת היציאה למרפסת שניתן יהיה לראות את הנוף.
דירה חמודה ונקיה מאד באילת
9.0דירה חדשה, נקיה מאד, עם נוף למלונות ולים. בניין חדש, האיזור עדיין מתפתח. ההסבר של הבעלים היה ברור. יש חניה נוחה בחניון סמוך. מיטה נוחה מאד, מרפסת נעימה בשעות הערב.
− העובדה שאין מנורות לילה בחדר השינה הפריעה לנו, כי האור המרכזי חזק מאד. ממליצה להוסיף מנורות לילה, זה ישדרג את השהייה.

9.0The view was beautiful. The apartment was clean, but needed a few small things to make it perfect.
− It's not easy to find. There is not enough parking unless you park in the garage under the building.
