9.0Great location. Adorable apartment. All items needed. The air conditioner did very well!
− No WiFi. 😞 There is plug in internet, so it would be easy for the owner to buy a router and plug it in for WiFi. Adorable deck with lots of privacy. A couple of the deck boards need to be replaced.

− Parking restrictions were a hassle but manageable. The outdoor balcony was not usable and not maintained. I was there in the winter and maybe they ate waiting to prune trees, fix screening etc when the rains clear.
