9.0We've stayed many times at the Oaks. Remarkable privacy and quiet in the middle of town, very clean, well furnished rooms, and unbeatable pricing. Shaded parking, close to the harbor.
Nice stay, would stay again!

− No drawers for clothes, water pressure in sink low, no table to eat on. Texts from management too frequent.
We enjoyed our stay and will gladly book again in the future and give references.
8.0The room was exactly what we needed it to be and the location was perfect! The room stayed nice and cool the entire stay even with the hot days.
− Room was dirty on arrival, but thankfully it was fixed after we made a brief phone call. There were a few items broken/missing in the room (trash can and towel bar).
