3.0Location pretty convenient near the Jubilee line.
− The furniture is very flimsy. The wardrobe fell on me while I was loading it. I was lucky not to get hurt, but this is absolutely a safety hazard. Walls extremely thin. The shower doesn’t work properly.

− Das Mobiliar war bei Ankunft beschädigt, Der Allgemeinzustand der Wohnung war nicht sauber ( z.b. Haare im Abfluss, Lattenrost bei Bett defekt, Armlehne an der Couch defekt etc.)

6.0Conveniently located in Kilburn, close to the tube and the overground. The flat is clean and warm, and located in a relatively quiet street off the highroad.
− Cheap, low-quality furniture (the bed could definitely do with an update).
