− I would not stay here again. The views are beautiful, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my experience. First, the location is extremely remote and difficult to access. Reaching the villa requires using a long set of stairs that are unfinished and full of tripping hazards. Guests need to be very careful when going up and down, especially at night, as it would be easy to fall and suffer a serious injury. The villa itself is much smaller than expected. Although it is advertised as a villa, it does not feel private at all. You cannot comfortably use the pool, sit outside, or even open the windows to enjoy the view without feeling like other people can see directly into your space. Another issue was transportation. When the staff offered to help arrange rides, the drivers they connected us with quoted prices that were several times higher than normal local rates. I would recommend arranging your own transportation instead. The most frustrating part of the stay was the water outage. We were without water for nearly 12 hours, which made it impossible to shower, use the bathroom comfortably, or enjoy the property. During this time, communication from management was poor, and we received little to no meaningful updates about when the issue would be resolved. At checkout, they also attempted to charge us 200,000 IDR for a drinking glass they claimed we had broken, which left a bad impression. Finally, the listing gives the impression that breakfast is available. In reality, there is no breakfast service at the villa. Guests are simply provided with a menu from an outside restaurant and asked to order delivery themselves. Overall, while the views are excellent, the remote location, lack of privacy, safety concerns, poor communication during the water outage, transportation issues, and misleading expectations regarding breakfast resulted in a very disappointing experience.

Beautifull place, remarkable view. Quiet and peaceful spot. We were there during the last of Ramadan, which meant loud prayers thru several minarets until late. kept us up for a night but it was an experience. Once Ramadan was over silence returned. The host is super friendly and always around if you need some help! The place rents out scooters at fair prices so that was a big plus too.

Sehr gut! Wirklich eine wundervolle Villa mit einzigartigen Blick auf das Meer! Wir haben jeden Morgen von Maria Frühstück gemacht bekommen, sie hat das so lecker und toll gemacht. Kann ich sehr empfehlen! Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden hier sofort wieder herkommen.

− -der Weg zur Villa etwas gefährlicher, mit dem Roller muss man geübt sein und sehr vorsichtig fahren -Aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser -Klobrille kaputt und wackelig -Getränke in Minibar werden zwar angeboten, aber viel zu teuer -Aktuell Aussicht direkt vor den 4 Villen auf Bauarbeiten = Lärm (können die Villabesitzer nichts dafür aber ist leider immer wieder störend) -Die Wege zu der Villa ist auch noch ausbaufähig, Steinplatten wackelig und Weg kaum beleuchtet (im Dunkeln auch eher gefährlich) -Auch wenn das Frühstück sehr lecker war, es war sehr wenig
