− We had a ventilator that went on right through the night making a harming noise which we were not able to turn off. Although it’s marvellous to have a reading lamb, it’s so low on the wall that my husband kept hitting his head on it

Needs improvement in several areas. Great location

− The room was not very clean, and when they came in once during my 4-day stay, they didn't replace towels or even make the bed, the only thing they did was take the trash out. Seems like they do a very quick clean between guests, lots of stains on the rug and throw pillows, dust in the wardrobe, etc. There was no deadbolt or lock on the door other than the main one, which didn't feel very secure as anyone with a key could enter while I was there. The windows also went out to a roof, and while those were locked, it still felt a little unsafe. The fire alarm also went off at 2:30am which was quite jarring – the firefighters came but as no one from the staff is on site during the evenings, it was not ideal and everyone was confused.
