8.0Lovely, communicative host. Great place, big yet homely. House was slightly hard to find as there's no signal in the area but didn't take us too long once on foot. Will definitely rebook for another occasion. Nice pub, cafe/supermarket (Stans) close by
− Would've loved to know if there was an inside bin as we could only find a compost bin, and would have liked to know that there were no shower/bath products before arriving.

Good house for a family get together with lots to interest different age groups nearby.
8.0It was spacious, clean, generally comfortable, and well prepared including extras such as cooking ingredients in the kitchen.
− We found the sofas uncomfortable but this was a personal preference. The back gate did not open easily, nor stay open, which meant taking belongings in was less smooth than it should have been. It was rather dark throughout, especially the kitchen, largely a decor choice.

Ok for a few days stay.
7.0Bathrooms were ok, beds were comfortable however we did not find the property very clean. The counters in the kitchen were not wiped down properly, also floors needed a sweep. We had a dishwasher in the kitchen however all the dishes were grimy that were in the cabinet. Found a dirty sock in one of the bedrooms on the floor, one of the bedsheets had a stain on them. The bathrooms and towels were alright. The house was next to a supermarket which was nice, plenty of parking and the garden was tidy.

10.0Gorgeous house, very comfortable, huge beds and a gorgeous garden to enjoy! Convenience store close by which sells everything and the kitchen sink, nice pub in walking distance with great food.
