Very pleasant stay at this place
10.0had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent – very central and close to the Vatican. The room was clean and had everything I needed, toiletries, kettle, and more. Once you understand how the check-in process works, it’s quite easy to get in. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and the metro station is just a 4-minute walk away.

8.0This property has a virtual front desk so there won't be someone available at the property all the time. We communicated with the staff using whatsapp, they were very responsive and helpful staff. The location is very close to Vatican, there are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Very disappointed with the guest house.
6.0The room was clean, and reasonably central to the main sites. The room was cleaned each day which was nice and clean towels. When the shower head didn't work and door came loose, they did mend within 24 hours
− We couldn't get into the building when we arrived. The guest house is only one floor of a huge building. No one was there to let us in. We waited an hour for the phone to be picked up and then a local girl had to sort for us. We had to check in by sending through passport details over the phone. For a while we thought we'd been scammed with our booking. I had messaged the guest house to say when we were arriving. We saw no one the whole time we were there apart from the cleaner. We wouldn't go back. On the keypad outside the building there is no button for the guest house...the address of the 34 properties is Risorgimento 9......not the whole guest house which isn't even listed. A very bad experience after a long journey
