Superb house, not so superb management
9.0The house itself. Well maintained, spacious, fully equipped, karaoke room, cleanliness, lots of seating and common areas. Bedding config suitable for our group. Covered pool, indoor games, fridge was filled with ice cubes and a water dispenser is very welcoming.
− The host/management who handles our check-in/check-out was not OK. Very late reply to messeges, no courtesy to text but ask us to text instead, not accommodating to our 1 hour early check-in despite property is ready, 2 hours before still didn't get check-in instructions, gave us a wrong unit and location despite giving confirmation number & pictures, not ready to receive us, copy paste Joining Instructions from previous old bookings. Upon check-out, no thank you whatsoever for leaving the property as we enter. Ignored msges for return of deposits and didn't proactively contact us back. If U don't ask, U won't get back deposit within 24hrs as mentioned. I got back mine after asking about it a day later.

10.0I had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb, and I can honestly say it was one of the best staycations I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I knew I’d made the right choice. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, providing all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. Their communication was excellent, always quick to respond. The home itself was absolutely stunning. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully curated for comfort.
− The only thing I missed during my stay was a rice cooker, which would’ve been a nice addition to the kitchen.
