Short distance from Crossharbour DLR station, with an Asda less than a 10 min walk away. The bedrooms were clean as was the kitchen. There’s a small ‘beach’ (I wouldn’t go swimming in the Thames though…) on the complex and an amazing view of the 02 Arena. About 30 mins on train/tube to 02 Arena or a 2 hour walk that takes you through Greenwich to see the Cutty Sark and the Royal Naval College. Great value for money if shared between 4 people (2 double beds)

− When we arrived the host informed us about the toilet - push it quickly just once. This worked for a while but towards the end of our stay the flush had given up and we were having to pour water down the toilet from the mop bucket. The floor to the bathroom was also dirty with lots of hairs (but this was the only room that was dirty - the bath/shower and toilet itself was clean)

Short and sweet, only complaint is we ran out of toilet paper but everything else was great!

Very comfortable apartment. Good location for us as we were at an event in Greenwich.

− Flush on the toilet did not work very well. I’ve seen other reviews from other guests so this doesn’t seem to have been fixed when raised previously. This needs to be fixed as a priority!

Fantastic apartment and location

Area was lovely, apartment met all of our needs and we will definitely book again. Beds are very comfortable, and it's only minutes from the DLR.

− There's only one small thing which would have made the stay more comfortable. It was really warm when we stayed,and it would have been nice if there were some desktop fans available 🥵

This has been the most horrendous experience for a place that is being advertised with 'Luxury'

There wasn't much to like.

− We had the most horrific experience with this place. They are advertising this place as a 'luxury' apartment – however when we arrived there was a couple of things that did not match the description. The toilet does not flush. There was no basic toiletries – no shampoo. The hair dryer that was in the image didn't exist. We checked in around 9.30pm – and we found out shortly after, so I called the host and he kept saying there are shampoo and hairdryer. I said I've checked everywhere there aren't any – and he said he will have to go and buy the hairdryer and shampoo for the day after at 11. Unfortunately we all had to leave for the day at 9am – so our son ended up coming bringing the hairdryer and shampoo. He said he will check the toilet. Next morning, the host called my son saying he will check the toilet and buy the shampoo and the hair dryer. So we went out for the day – came back around 7 pm. The toilet was still not flushing. So this time our daughter tried to call the host – the host kept ignoring her. So she tried to call with a friend's phone and the host finally picked up. When she told him about the fact the that toilet is still not flushing, the host got very aggressive and told her you must wait 30 minutes for you to flush a toilet, and this is how it was in London. My daughter who also lives in London, knows this is not common, and also not true as we have been out all day, and the toilet still didn't flush, it is broken. The host kept denying the fact that it was broken – said it was working fine when he got there that day. We took videos of the toilet not flushing, which showed the toilet was simply not flushing, and he still denied that it was working. When she confronted him about the fact that the host is not meeting the basic requirements – he swore at her and still refused to help us. So we had to used toilets in the public areas.
