I really enjoyed my stay at Ari's apartment in Rapallo. I was met by her on arrival at the apartment and she was genuinely welcoming and helpful. The apartment on the 5th floor of an old, traditional apartment block is accessed via a communal lift and has its own allocated balcony space, outside the front door with bistro table and chairs overlooking the communal space below. The internal rooms are all large and airy and the apartment is full of light. The apartment is well furnished and nicely decorated throughout. The open-plan kitchen-dining area was extremely well fitted out for self catering, with a hob, grill and oven as well as a microwave, coffee maker and stovetop Moka espresso pot - FAB for coffee officianados and there were supplies of kitchen roll, green and general waste bags, washing liquid etc. The bathroom was generous and well equipped. The bedroom was generous and comfortable but the mattress was not to my liking - a personal choice nothing more. The windows were fitted with shutters AND mosquito screens a real benefit for those like me who are susceptible to mosquitos. Air Con available from June so no experience of its effectiveness. Loved it and leaving routine was quick and simple. Leave the keys on the table, empty the bins and close the front door. Thanks Arianna

− I went 23 - 30th May and the weather changed from relatively cool on my arrival to 30c a day or so later and though the air con turn on date was June, it would have been more comfortable at night to have aircon available during an early 'heatwave' BUT I was aware of this when I booked and know aircon is expensive for the owners. No complaints just an observation from someone who is not used to high temperatures. The shower drain smelled nasty at times but I guess that I was early in the season and the shower had not been used much by then

Gorgeous apartment, the best self-catering property I have ever stayed in. The host's daughter met me there and showed me round Quiet, comfortable and a few minutes walk from the sea. If I ever come back to Rapallo I would stay here again!

Apartamentul a fost aproape de tot si e foarte spatios, cu bucatarie si baie dotate ft bine.

− Mirosul de la baie. Nu se poate lasa usa de la baie deschisa din cauza mirosului, iar becul se stinge singur dupa cateva minute.

L'appartamento è molto carino ed accogliente, dotato di tutti i confort necessari e situato in un'ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro città ma senza fastidiosi rumori. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di alcun tipo, ma Arianna si è dimostrata disponibile, accogliente e simpatica nelle fasi di prenotazione e ritiro/consegna chiavi. Che dire se non 'ANDATECI'

Rapallo is beautiful and central to being able to see so many amazing places.

The unit was very well equiped and had absolutely everything you could want. Bonus was being able to do our washing and having somewhere to hang it out. Location was perfect. Close to everything, supermarket, fabulous pastry shop and bread shop and restaurants on your doorstep. Arianna was very helpful and quick to reply to any messages we sent her.

− I sure this property is booked out all the time with short time to get it ready for the next person. Just little things like the rubbish bin had lots of cigarette butts in it and smelt, the lounge was very comfortable but the cushions smelt and the towels just looked old. I hope ONLY Arianna can see this as her property is awesome and with attention to these minor details would rank her 10 out of 10 for her property.
