10.0The location was great, a pleasant, quiet neighborhood in a nice area of the city. There are a few little stores and restaurants close by too. Robert is an excellent host, provided great communication prior to us arriving as well as during our stay.

10.0We used to live down the street for 18 years. Had a family event great coincidence that it was in our old neighborhood. We were at 25 Cove on the corner.
− I work at hotels and have cleaed vacation properties. Just observation not a negative. Front stone steps could use lights at night. Maybe I missed it but specify that bathroom is on the 2nd floor and bedrooms are on the 3rd for those that would find that situation difficult. Artwork was enjoyable but artificial flora table decorations unnecessary and detract from the clean lines and they collect dust. But great stay on a great and well maintained property. Thank toy

Peaceful Stay
10.0The neighborhood was cute and extremely quiet (a Saturday night). The bed was comfortable. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the bedroom. They left us a few items of snacks and waters to make us feel at home. The owner was very gracious in working with our late arrival (multiple flight delays and a complete flight change). It's a keyless entry, so the arrival interchange was easy. The condo was missing a bath towel, but we used a beach towel instead. I'm sure it's been tracked down by now. The AC units worked well. The ceiling windows open, so open the blind if you want fresh air, although, several other windows were open when we arrived. We didn't have time to explore the town, but look forward to it another time!

10.0This property was so cute! Extremely convenient and in a very walkable neighborhood. The host was responsive and friendly. I was met with a welcome gift of wine and crackers. The kitchen was well stocked and had a few snacks for me upon arrival. I really appreciated the two-pack of Advil PM. I would absolutely re-book this cozy apartment!
