Primos castle is lovely its what I would expect for the cost. Bit spooky at night !

Location very good for transport and also shops etc .was surprisingly quiet too after 8pm.bit noisy during the day but that's only to be expected

− Maybe a better shower in the property. Didn't bother me that much because I was visiting friends so they had facilities i could use. But generally a more modern shower would be good. Felt like 1980s bed and breakfast in Blackpool.!

Convenient and cheap.

Right next to Metro and the bus station that takes you to the beach or city within 30 mins. Close to shops and takeaways and pubs. Well equipped and comfy.

− Would have been nice to have some extra bedding. Could have done with some info about the closest shop - found a small Asda within walking distance on 2nd day. Local area was a little dark and dirty but everyone was friendly.

The accommodation was fine,we just had a small problem with the heating.

A nice flat central. Decor was well thought out and the lounge was comfortable. The bed was extremely soft which could go either way.

− The shower was awful and the door to the bedroom didn't shut and swung open to as wide as it could go.

Good responsive host initially and location.

− Very poor level of cleanliness all over property but mainly in kitchen. Pans full of dirt and grease should have been thrown away and replaced. Utensils broken. No lid on bin in kitchen Cobwebs throughout property, front door cracked- only a couple of bulbs in ceiling lights in hall and living room. False advertising as mentioned garden but it’s purely a yard with single chair in bad condition. Plastic chairs available/bbq not easily accessible and plastic chairs dirty. On arrival we were promised basic amenities- coffee nothing in pot. After unpleasant stay we notified the owner showing all photos that illustrate the issues we faced but unfortunately the owner was very dismissive.
