8.0The location was close to everything that we wanted to do and see.
− The house was nice, beds were comfortable. There was just an issue with the smell of the house.
Cozy, Quiet & Unkempt...
7.0Good location. Quiet. Well stocked. Friendly deer visits.
− Entire place required sweeping upon arrival. Neighbors dog pooping on path to unit every day. Upstairs bathroom needs lighting. Bathroom drains need unclogging. Garbage dumpster far away from unit and in middle of pool demolition area. Had to drive over debris and broken glass to access. And finally, a bear visit who dragged neighbors garbage all over the entrance path and surrounding woods. Garbage remained in woods entire visit.

10.0The host and her colleagues were excellent. The unit we stayed in was clean, very comfortable, fun, excellent location, really could not be better. Had an unusual booking mix up, not the hosts fault in any way, and ultimately she went above and beyond to facilitate a rental plan between herself and local friends/colleagues with additional units in the complex. This was all done late at night upon our arrival, under stress, and with a high level of professionalism. Would highly recommend staying with this host; she and her colleagues seem to really care about their guests and ensure a great experience and a quality rental.

Overall a nice place to stay with our 2 dogs.
8.0− The rugs weren’t very clean and smelled of pet urine (a pet friendly rental). The beds aren’t the best, but not too bad.
