4.0− не работал кран на кухне, неудобный диван, холодно, вход на первый приземный этаж прямо с улицы (нет двора вообще) поскольку это гараж, и это все бы ничего если б место было более или менее тихое, но тут наоборот расположено рядом с рынком и магазином и это крайне некомфортно.
