10.0The hotel/building is beautifully stunning, the staff i cannot say it enough absolutely outstanding. My background is in hotels, Even though it is warm, the owners need to take into account if it wasnt for the amazing staff they have, the hotel would go into the ground regardlessof location. From cleaning staff to the management at this hotel i applaud you especially with heatwave uk has at the moment 🙌 ❤️
− It was wonderful, cant say anything bad apart from I wish they would sort the balcony out so doors could be open properly.
They may have better rooms here but the one I was given was very poor and I would not recommend this
4.0The reason I stayed here was because it was next to Windsor castle and it was also easy to access the other attractions around the town.
− The room was very hot and with the windows open was extremely noisy. There was mould and limescale in the bathroom. There was no plug in the sink and one of the taps was dripping. The toilet did not flush properly and I had to lift the top of the cistern to make it work. The room is described as cosy but I think they should have meant tiny. The TV had a standby light on and I could not find a way of turning it off which meant that the room was lit up all night. The view out of the window was just a back alley which was in constant use and was overlooked by other windows so there was no privity.
Very nice, reasonably priced. The double room was adequate, England can’t help the weather,.

Lovely stay in a beautiful area. It was so hot and stuffy and we weren’t able to enjoy a nice shower.
