10.0La qualité de l'appartement, l'accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire, le parking numéroté en sous-sol, la propreté des lieux, les deux salles de bain, l'éclairage feutré violet que l'on peut préférer aux lumières normales, le balcon dominant le quartier, le magasin Carrefour Market juste au pied de l'appartement, etc...
− Juste un petit souci avec le bruit des motos qui passent sur le boulevard... J'ai mis deux boules quies et le problème était résolu. Il ne faut surtout pas penser que cela gâche quoi que se soit. Tout est parfait dans cet appartement. A recommander chaudement.
