Misleading info, dirty apartment, poor service
3.0The kitchen and living room were good and had good space. The bathroom was alsno nice.
− We had booked the apartment including air conditioning, but upon arrival we were told we had to pay extra for it. The window couldn’t be opened for ventilation because a bad smell came in from the inner courtyard. We also only received one towel for a 6-day stay. When we asked for more, we were told they don't provide extra towels, but that they would bring one anyway. This never happened. Very unfriendly. The kitchen bin was only emptied on the 5th day, after it had started to overflow. The bin in the bedroom was full from day 2 until day 6. Disgusting. The mattress cover was just a loose sheet that kept coming off while sleeping, so we ended up lying directly on the dirty mattress. The owner clearly wants to make money, but puts in no effort to provide proper service.
