7.0It is close to the center, it has a good location, it is on the ground floor, it has a terrace and it has a pool. These features increase the value of the place and give you comfort.
− The place was not clean. The kitchen was dirty. In the bathroom you did not have hot water all the time, because there was only one boiler and it did not handle even two people, and with more people it became even harder. They said there were four beds, but there was one main bedroom and the two extra beds were placed in a balcony. These aspects did not appeal to me.

9.0The apt was exceptional. It is located on the ground floor right beside a cool and refreshing pool. Property was easy to get to with clear instructions on how to get the apartment. walking distance to the beach and excellently located for running in the morning.
