− Personally, I missed having a large wardrobe for my clothes. The neighbors next door were expressing their love to each other too loudly at night, but no one could do anything about it....

10.0Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem sehr schön eingerichteten Appartement. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt, es fehlt an nichts für einen Aufenthalt. Die Beschreibung stimmt und es werden sehr detailliert alle wichtigen Angaben zum Aufenthalt geliefert. Die Lage ist sehr gut um die Innenstadt von Dresden mit dem Auto oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Lebensmittelladen und Bäcker sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich hatte mir eine schöne Zeit in Dresden und Umgebung gewünscht, und die hatte ich:-) Danke!
7.0Die saubere FeWo, im 2. Obergeschoss (nur) über das Treppenhaus erreichbar, ist ruhig und auf einer kleinen Anhöhe gelegen. Vom Balkon aus hat man bei klarem Wetter einen guten Blick auf das ca. 3km entfernte Dresden. Entweder man versorgt sich tgl. selbst, oder man nutzt die vom Vermieter empfohlenen Möglichkeiten. Umfassendes Material darüber, genauso Körperpflegeprodukte bis hin zu vielen Reinigungsutensilien- und Mitteln stellt er Gästen zur Verfügung.
− Die späte Eincheckzeit 17Uhr gefiel mir nicht. Bei bei meiner PKW-Anreise war es da schon stockdunkel und mir die Gegebenheiten vor Ort auch noch völlig unbekannt. Da reicht es m. E. nicht, wenn der Vermieter für die Tiefgarage nur den dafür passenden Schlüssel und den Stellplatz benennt. Dass der Kontakt Vermieter/Gast ausschließlich auf dem schriftlichen Weg erfolgte, war mir persönlich ungewohnt, "funktionierte" aber
