The location was good for us, as we could walk to some restaurants and a small grocery store. It was close to snorkeling shop. And it was right on the beach.

− It would be nice to have a wall between the bed and the main living area. But that is a small issue.

Pluses: Very gracious and generous hosts who picked us up from the honey pokey ferry station and dropped us off at the bus station Fully equipped kitchen: if we needed anything, the host provided it for us Walking distance to a supermarket and the Bistro which made fresh bagels and had really good happy hour specials (the watermelon salad was amazing) Small pretty beach for ocean swims Access to laundry machine and clothes lines where we could do our own laundry

− A small divider between the bed and the living room would provide more privacy for non-couples

Really lovely and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Location was great, walking distance along the beach or the road to restaurants, and short drive to Placencia Village for market, shops and more restaurants. Good location for many activities in the greater area. Hosts Sandy and Paul were amazing - so nice, so attentive, so helpful. The Placencia Peninsula is quite expensive but this place was ideally located, comfortable and a terrific value.

The location was ideal because it's right near our friend's house on Paradise Blvd. from New Jersey and our friends from Connecticut enjoyed hanging out with them on their boat. Love being right on the beach and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I don't usually sleep well even in my own bed! I had a great night's sleep!

− I know that this lovely couple from CT like us, is working on improving the property as I believe they acquired it recently. It was a great price for a studio with a full kitchen, which we didn't need because we were only there for one night. I would change the cushions on the sleeper sofa to a colorful new fabric, invest in new towels that are white so they can be bleached, and I would put a throw rug over the tile to make it cozier. The bathroom could use some updates, but all the places along that beach are all like that and we have stayed at a several. This one was the best yet!
