10.0Viel größer als auf den Fotos, wirklich super sauber, kleiner eigener Südbalkon mit Nachmittagssonne und Blick auf den Hafen, zusätzliche riesige Gemeinschaftsdachterasse. Zentrale sehr ruhige Lage, ca. 10 min zu Fuß zum Zentralmarkt, 2 min zur Busstation und von da 10 Busminuten direkt zum Catalina-Strand. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

9.0L'appartement est bien agencé et proche boulevard de l'océan et centre commerçant à 10/15 min à peine à pied. Le personnel sur place très agréable et souriant vraiment. Jolie décoration et grand espace pour deux avec chambre séparée.
− Odeurs dans la salle de bain toilette. Il manque une bouilloire ou machine à café ici

9.0Második alkalommal szálltam meg a házban, de előzőleg egy másik lakásban. Mivel akkor nagyon tetszett az elhelyezkedés, a környezet, a ház nyugalma, úgy gondoltam most is ezt választom. Nem is csalódtam, ez alkalommal is jól éreztem magam. A kilátás az apartmanból különösen tetszett.
− A matrac a hálószobában nekem nem volt kényelmes, nagyon puha volt, de lehet, hogy csak cserére szorul már. A másik lakásban sokkal jobb volt, lehet, hogy ott már túl vannak a cserén.
Weekend veloce ma rigenerante. Il ritorno non è da escludere
7.0La struttura è pulita, in una zona tranquilla, accogliente e armoniosa. Si vive tranquillamente anche nelle ore notturne. Persone cordiali e con il sorriso.
− Vorrei dare un consiglio: All’ arrivo in struttura trovare una bottiglia d’acqua fresca sarebbe un sollievo per i visitatori oppure un minimo servizio con 2 bustine di tea o caffè. Le temperature esterne e il viaggio potrebbero rivelarsi impegnative. Non penso che queste cose pesino sul fatturato dell azienda e con un piccolo gesto il cliente si sente coccolato.
