The view and it is very clean every thing available and comfortable

− Far to walk down town you have to use car especially the road is up and down

The place is quiet and conveniently located close to restaurants, cafés, and lakes. The building owner is very courteous and professional.

− I visited in July 2026 .During the day, the weather was hot, while the evenings were pleasant. However, the building does not have air conditioning, so you have to keep the doors and windows open to let fresh air in. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, leaving the doors and windows open at night made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Stunning property with gorgeous grounds. Bed was super comfortable in master room. Ample space. Fire making provision for log burner in living room. Great facilities and provisions for comfortable stay. Easy instructions on collecting keys and leaving after stay.

− A little cold on first night and unable to work out electric radiators (fire helped though). Small bed for children to share but it was comfortable.

Location & facilities. Also, Ross’ customer service was exemplary. Couple of minor issues that were fixed in exceptionally timely fashion. Mattress was sublime!

Spacious and perfect Lakes District atmosphere

We loved the location and how spacious the apartment was - great for 3 adults and an infant to spread out. The atmosphere of the stay was great in sun and rain, lovely to sit in an arm chair in front of the big open windows as the rain fell.

− The beds were comfortable but quite soft in some places.
