Nothing I liked about this stay

− Regarding the stay we had , we really had a bad experience on our stay , we were promised by all facilities are functionable such as tv remote kaput , no ac in the living room , beds were full of roof paint work , it felt like renting a house with no customer for days or month ! Poor maintenance , no proper towels and blankets , not worth the money you pay REMINDER!!! please do read the reviews before booking this particular homestay or any other homestay , it's important to review the reviews before booking , YOU PROVIDE A PROPER STAY OF WHAT WE PAY , BUT YOU PROVIDE US A FULL DUNK not a single good thing about this

It was clean. View from the balcony was good. I could sleep.

− The host misrepresented the property. I was told that there would be 4 seperate bedrooms, so that's why I proceeded to book this. But when I arrived, there were only 3 bedrooms. As I came as 4 married couples, I had to book for another place for the couple that didn't get a room from this place. The pictures posted does not represent the place at all. The air conditioning unit in the living room was gone so it was hot during both the day and night in the living room. Ben Loo was really misleading with the information he gave me. I asked for confirmation twice whether the place got 3 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms. And both time he confirmed that it's 4 bedrooms. But when I arrived and see for myself, there were only 3 bedrooms. When I ask about it, he kept quiet without any answer. This is the worst experience I ever have dealt with. The host was unresponsive. Not helpful at all.

− Bukan 4 bilik.. hanya ada 3 bilik.. bukan seperti yang dinyatakan dalam booking.com.. Dalam booking bgtahu tiada deposit tapi bila nak check in dikenakan bayaran deposit.. Servis lambat

− The customer service was the worst,I had to wait at the lobby for 1 hour to check in. The house door card wasn’t working,and they didn’t even care to give the door password I had to wait outside the door half an hour. The house wasn’t clean at all,there was cockroaches running everywhere.The sofas had damp smell all over. The wifi was not working I didn’t even get a reply for that.So far the worst host I’ve seen.

Im very satisfied with my stay. I even extended for another 10 days. It's very spacious and well taken care of. The host gave very good and detailed instructions, and I was able to communicate with them easily. Very friendly people.
