− La cosa peggiore: assenza di aria condizionata. A Pavia d'estate è inconcepibile! In generale l'appartamento non è tenuto benissimo
Pavia ist sehenswert, aber die Unterkunft punktet lediglich durch ihre Lage im Zentrum der Stadt.
4.0Pavia ist eine großartige Stadt, die Lage der Unterkunft, abgesehen von der aktuellen Baustellensituation in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, auf die vom Vermieter mit keinem Wort hingewiesen worden war, perfekt, da sich das Appartement in der Nähe aller wichtigen Kulturdenkmäler befindet.
− Die Realität in der Unterkunft stimmt nicht mit dem Eindruck über, der durch die Fotos hervorgerufen wird, überein. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind zwar vorhanden, doch das Appartement ist sehr abgewohnt. Der Waschtisch im Bad sieht wie am Foto aus, weist aber massive Rostabsplitterungen auf. Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer ist vorhanden, aber der obere Teil davon mit einem Vorhängeschloss versperrt. Im unteren Teil können nur Jacken u.ä. aufgehängt werden. Es gibt zwei Stühle in der Wohnung, aber bei einem ist die Sitzfläche defekt, er kann daher nicht benutzt werden. Bügelbrett, Besen etc. sind vorhanden, stehen aber offen in einer Ecke im Schlafbereich. Ein Schaden an der Wand ist zwar verputzt, aber nicht ausgemalt.

An exceptional stay with incredibly helpful hosts
10.0I want to say a huge thank you to our hosts. The house was spotless, incredibly spacious, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The location was also fantastic. I was especially touched by how sweet the hosts were; when I ran into a small issue during my late-night arrival, they rushed over immediately to help me out. Thank you for everything! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay.
