5.0Entire external property was clean and safe. Great pool. Short walk to Coco Beach, and then beach walk to town/village.
− Unfortunately, we did not have WiFi for our entire vacation. Upon arrival, we could not access wifi using the login and password correctly. We immediately informed our host. Although reassured that it would be fixed, it never was. Extremely disappointing. The BBQ also did not work properly, with only 1 of 3 burners functional and connected. Unable to use as a result, which was disappointing and resulted in us eating out more that we desired.

4.0The pool was nice and its close to the beach which is a bonus.
− there are so many rules for the property, its a retirement community and the rules are insane. wouldn't recommend if your under 60 years old.
I would stay at this location again but would choose a different unit with better management
