5.0The location of this property was very good. Nearby many attractions. Good communication with property staff.
− The property was not clean. There was lots of dust everywhere, and the worktops were very sticky. We had to clean all the facilities before use. Although, once reported, the staff did get a cleaner to come. However, it was very disappointing. The carpet smelt, and the hoover in the property was not usable! One of the beds was broken and unsafe to use. We had to make other adjustments to accommodate our family. The front and back gardens were also a state, so we were not able to use them.
