تجربة رائعة بفضل احترافية طاقم العمل وحسن الاستقبال والاهتمام بالنزلاء وتعاملهم المحترم جدا
9.0معاملة طاقم الفندق من رسيبشن ومطعم وكل العاملين في الشاطئ كل طاقم الفندق ياخد 10/10 وشكرا جدا علي معاملتهم المحترمة جدا. التسكين تم بسرعة جدا في غضون 10 دقايق من الوصول. التجربة بالنسبالى مرضية جدا والفندق عائلى جدا.
− عدم وجود حمام سباحة كبير مخصص للكبار ولكن اللي موجود للأطفال كويس جدا. عدم الاهتمام بنظافة حمامات السباحة إللي موجودة بشكل كبير. الشاطئ صخرى شوية لازم شوز للبحر ولكن اظن لو تم الاهتمام بزيادة الرمل في الشاطئ هيكون الشاطئ حلو جدا. عدم وجود فريق للانميشن والحفلات.

They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. What stood out most was their commitment to providing a truly family-friendly experience. They treated us with kindness and respect, making both the adults and children feel comfortable and valued throughout our vacation. The environment was always clean, well-maintained, and safe, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time together. It’s clear that the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

10.0Everything was wonderful from the property to hospitality and the beautiful beaches. The food was also very delicious. I have never stayed at a resort that allowed you to take your food away, which was a plus. I dont like to waste so I asked and gladly they boxed it up for me to take it with me. Everyone was very kind and giving. The room was very clean and even had a plate of fruits and water to drink. There was even a little store on the grounds, very convienent! The only thing missing was a microwave but everything else was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave.
− There was nothing to not like about our stay. Everything was great! we could not have asked for a better stay. My son spoke to everyone as if he knew them, because they were very friendly and helpful.
