The room we ended up in was nice, but trying to fob us off with a shitty room was bad
3.0the finally apartment we were moved to was nice.
− We were denied the original apartment we had book. We were told that we were being upgraded to a better apartment. It was not, it was still original from 20 twenty years (I have stayed in many apartments in this complex for over 15 years). After complaining bitterly we were moved to a nicer apartment that had recent renovations. We were told it 6450 had an air con problem, we said OK we are only putting bags there for the first few days just fix it, then it was going to take week to fix. We asked to see room 6450, they would not show us. While the final room was nice which was great, but the rest left a sour taste in our mouth.

8.0Great location, the manager was very friendly and helpful. Anything not working, he went out of his way to help and fix it.
− The shower needs to be replaced. It is currently held in place with some cardboard, but as soon as you open the tap too far it falls of the holder.

− The apartment was absolutely disgusting. There was clothes in the cupboard and toiletries left behind so someone must be living there. There was urine stains on the bedding. Holes in the towels. Blood spots on the bedding and in the sink. Host and Booking.com refused to give full refund. Highly advise do not book these apartments through Booking.com or this host. Very disappointed.

10.0We like everything at Jayakarta residence. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Not that we needed them as everything was seamless. Thankyou team.

10.0The host Fito was amazing. Very helpful and always available. He was pleasant and went that extra mile to make our stay comfortable. He even arranged for our laundry to be done.
