8.0The house was very clean and it has all you need for a comfortable stay
− On arrival at the property the first thing you saw was the parking area drive was full of weeds .on entering the gate to the property the pathway was full of weeds and unkept. The patio area dirty and garden full of weeds,the other issue was the cistern in the toilet needs replacing because it doesn't flush properly. Also the toilet seat is either broken or very loose ,which made it difficult for my 84 year mum to get up and sit down on the toilet .

8.0Plenty of room for 4 - facilities in kichen were good. Good value for money and the host was very approachable and on hand for anything we needed. Location excellent for the local buses and a shop also just around corner
− It didn't bother us as we were out most of the time but the garden coukd do with a tidy and maybe table and chairs
A reasonable stay, would have been much better if garden was more accessible - i.e. no weeds!
6.0Location was fine. Rooms were a decent size. OK for a short stay. Plenty of appliances.
− The outside of the property was full of weeds and overgrown. Could have done with a bath mat and a handtowel in the bathroom. Could have done with a washing line, especially in this weather and with two young children. Parking was tight.
Lovely Villa.
8.0Very well presented property with excellent kitchen/diner and two large bedrooms. Also a large lounge with tv and recliner sofas. Parking on site was provided although a little tight for my Nissan Juke. The owner was quick to respond to queries. The property was impeccably clean thoughout.Lovely
− A minor comment the garden could have used some attention although it was quite pretty but that didn't affect our holiday.

10.0Nice quite location. Very spacious accommodation, everything we needed was supplied. Great value for money.
− Postcode for the accommodation was incorrect. Sent us to harbord road in a different village. The postcode advertised is NR2 7BP SHOULD BE NR27 OBP This would be helpful to be sorted.

10.0At first glance, I thought it was a building to the side of the bungalow. Imagine my surprise when I realised it was the bungalow itself. So much room. Very close to the local shop and the bus stop to take me into Cromer itself.
