Quiet location, beautiful views.

− Kitchen lacked supplies to enable much cooking, needs updating. Was not associated with the property directly therefore no daily cleaning of rooms or room service available, as was expected which was unfortunate.

If you're looking for a place to stay in Sapa, this is it. The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by magnificent mountains and endless rice terraces. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and panoramic views every morning felt like a dream. The peaceful atmosphere made my entire trip even more memorable. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the incredible hospitality from the host, Phoenix. From the moment I arrived, Phoenix made me feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and at home. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, including arranging my bus ticket to Hanoi, which made my travel so much smoother and completely stress-free. Even after I had left the property to continue my journey around Vietnam, Phoenix continued checking in on my well-being to make sure I was safe and enjoying my trip. That level of kindness and genuine care is something you rarely experience. This wasn't just a beautiful place to stay, it was a place where I felt truly looked after. Thank you, Phoenix, for your warmth, generosity, and outstanding hospitality. I will always remember my time here and would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone visiting Sapa. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

− Just the check-in process a bit confusing since there are also normal hotel around that share the same compound..but it's a small matter.

We travelled many places before and Phoenix is one of the best hosts we ever met. She is always ready whenever we need her. You will never regret for choosing her house in Sapa.
