We had a great weekend in a cozy home
10.0Check in was super easy and they had everything we needed here for a nice weekend in VT. we went skiing at jays peak and it was a short drive. The beds were comfy. Would stay here again

All and all the stay was fear. However there are a few things that needs to be done to improve.
5.0I love the fact that the property was near everthing. Groceries stores , town centers.
− I am unhappy with the fact that some basic essential were not provided. Given the fact we book through Christmas I would expect the host would understand that there would be a level of activities such as cooking. Pots and pans were limited, brooms and other basic supplies were not provided. Windows where missing curtains and at one point we felt unsafe as who’s on the outside could see inside we had to make fashion with our hands. We tried calling the host but to no avail as when we arrived the unit was filled with items that seems to be left over from another guest.

− Only one complaint. Need more cooking pans, baking pans, etc.
Awful. Would never use this host again and never use booking.com for not even responding to report.
1.0− The host scammed a few families. Moved us to another location which was supposed to be only my family, but moved us in with three other random groups. Advertised there was a kitchen and wifi. Place didn’t even have running water and host refused to give any compensation back. Each family told a different story by host, was definitely a scam.
