Great place to stay!
10.0Host was attentive, but not intrusive. He regularly checked on us (via text) to ensure we didn't need anything. The home was clean and well equipped. Location was quite and surrounding area was safe.
− Not within walking distance to many stores. Not a big deal, but wanted to share for those wanting to walk to local shopping.

10.0Die gesamte Unterkunft ist modern und durchdacht eingerichtet. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Die ganze Wohnung ist so gut wie barrierefrei, mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Also auch für ältere Paare geeignet. Wir waren mit unserer Hündin zu Besuch und auch sie konnte sich einleben und wohlfühlen. Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und aufmerksamer, freundlicher Mensch. Bei Fragen stand er stets zur Verfügung. Das ein- und auschecken läuft unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselkasten. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Türe. Die Lage in Pozzouli ist wunderbar. Man hat einen großartigen Ausblick, deer Weg zum Meer dauert 5 Minuten. Nahegelegen befindet sich ein Café und eine Pizzaria. Auch ein Supermarkt ist nicht weit entfernt. Wir können es wirklich nur empfehlen, Pozzouli und seine Gegend - bspw Neapel - zu besuchen.

10.0Accoglienza, pulizia, stato dei servizi dichiarati e offerti, qualità della struttura, disponibilità da parte dei proprietari: davvero un soggiorno meraviglioso, un nuovo punto di riferimento sul territorio soprattutto per chi come noi torna sempre a trovare la famiglia d’origine in estate e ha bisogno di affidabili ganci locali.

Perfect stay in Pozzuoli
10.0We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Italy! As many others have mentioned, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed — from a washing machine and drying rack to hangers in the closet and even board games for all ages. The apartment felt private and secure, hidden from view, which made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. The host stayed in touch with us throughout the stay. We mostly cooked at home and made great use of the fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent: just a 7 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to a fantastic cappuccino spot, and there’s free parking space always available. We absolutely recommend this fantastic place and hope to return again someday!

9.0Host arranged a light breakfast and also we could cook spagetti with sauce if we would wish.. when you arrive late, nothing is open around and it was very helpful… place located in a nice area, the nearby grocery store is located 1.5 km from the facility
