7.0Gute Lage, fußläufig zum Einkaufen, gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Zum Übernachten ohne große Ansprüche prima. Danke Altbau auch bei hohen Temperaturen auszuhalten.
− Leider einige Fliesen defekt, Fußleisten locker, eine Türe fehlt komplett. Wir haben bei einer Monteurwohnung aber nicht mehr erwartet.

1.0Ehrlich gesagt gar nichts ,
− Möbel waren kaputt und provisorisch mit Klebeband geklebt , macht man das Fenster auf Kippe kommt einen die Gardine entgegen geflogen , tür wurde eingetreten oder geschlagen , alles war mehr als verkalkt , es war sehr dreckig und hat ganz übel gestunken . Vermieter sehr uneinsichtig und findet das ist der normale Zustand einer Montage Wohnung … nicht mal ein sauberes Geschirrtuch für das Geschirr war vorhanden
